    Sounds like an ignition problem to me. I betcha the coil is bad in the magneto. It works until it gets hot, and then the bad insulation shorts out some of the windings. See if you can borrow a mag from somebody and swap it. See what happens.
    If that takes care of the problem, then your magneto definitely needs attention. Since the coil is the most expensive part of the magneto, it might be a good idea to have the magneto looked at by an expert; take a look HERE. Or.... if you'd like to buy a coil and replace it yourself, you can get one from Mainely Magnetos
