A quick bio..... Wład should have known something was different about him when his mother raised him on kiszka (Blood sausage) and zupa z krwi, czerina, and czarna polewka (three kinds of blood soup). Also, there was the fact that even from a very young age, Wład found himself very interested in hemotology. When he went away to hemotology school he developed mysterious "withdrawal symptoms" and he thought it was just because he missed his mother's cooking. Part of his field training at school was to work in the blood lab at the local hospital. I won't go into any detail, but normally, blood samples are discarded after lab work is done on them. Wład found a BETTER, less wasteful, use for them!! Wład also "moonlighted" at the bloodmobile. He also found that by doing a little "creative bookkeeping" he could leave a few of the walk-in donors unrecorded, and thus he could stock up his own refrigerator without doing anything to harm any human beings!! In fact, Wład is quite well liked by his coworkers at the hospital. The fact that he always takes the "graveyard shift" means that the others can work NORMAL hours. Wład has become a student of modern Vampirology, and next year he may share some of his findings with you, so stay tuned!! |
