When you get down to the basics of business in this country, nothing is more
true than the family legacy and its importance to carry on fundamental
traditions, values, and above all else performance for the customers. The
Rockefellers, The Kennedys, and the DuPonts, to name a few, all had a legacy
to carry on the tradition of a family and its business.
Tennison and Associates now has that legacy. You see, traditionally, I always wanted a way that I could pass on my financial secrets and expertise to someone who would hold them as near and dear to their hearts as I do. Someone who would cherish their clients as much as I do and someone who would continue the tradition and philosophy that each and every task we perform for our clients must be performed with the same skill of the master painter, the power and focus of the eagle and the thoughtfulness of a close friend. Deep down inside every businessman-entrepreneur is the fundamental desire and dream that some day his children will come and work with him to carry out the vision into the future. Who else could fill those shoes but my sons, Bill and Brad Tennison. Passing on this legacy to them, over time, gives me the confidence and the knowledge that every one of my clients will enjoy the same ruthless perfectionism that I expect from myself. They both have it! In fact they have even more. Bill and Brad are not only part of this family culture, they bring with them fresh, new and innovative ideas around customer service, computers, and marketing that will enhance our operation to be even more client oriented than it already is.
