What We Would Ask of You

We realized our services are not for everyone. Therefore, we have limited our
clientele to individuals and corporations who are successful, intelligent, honest
and sincere in their desire for financial independence. In light of this, we would
ask the following of you:
1. Please honor your appointments whenever scheduled and be on time. We understand there are always changes and we simply ask that you call as soon as possible to reschedule. Our current clients are very respectful of this and due to their courtesy, we currently do not charge for appointments or time on the phone. 2. Please communicate honestly with us. Let us know what you think and how you feel about your goals, your comfort level, your understanding of the information presented or any questions you may have. This will allow us to service you best and keep you on target with your goals. 3. Please commit to actively working toward the goals you set. Follow up with additional appointments with other professionals as needed, bring requested information, and continue your education. Our experience is that an educated investor is our best client. The more you know, the better your decision making will be. 4. As a new client, we would request that you attend as many of our classes and workshops as you can. Our intent is not to insult your intelligence, but rather to ensure your success by increasing your understanding of the journey you are now beginning. In addition, this will help you feel more confident with the day-to-day market changes. Most importantly, you will continue to develop your relationship with us and gain a deeper understanding of the service you are receiving. 5. Please read the correspondence we send you, It will contain important information about your accounts and investments, changes in procedures, upcoming workshops, investment deadlines and new opportunities. You will also hear from us as to the status of the markets that will alert you to any changes you may need to consider. 6. Please refer two people to our business. As you know, referrals are the lifeline to any business. Your referrals allow us to save on marketing and advertising dollars and put the money back into the business in ways we can provide better service to you. If you have any questions on other services we provide that someone else could benefit from, please ask for details.
